Both Glyn and Sophia are incredibly creative leaders and we know that they will add tremendous value to you and your teams.
With this in mind, please see the following very important information:
1. Group Conference is capped at 370 delegates and registrations will be on a first come, first served basis.
2. We encourage you to extend invitations to attend conference to everyone within the life of the church i.e. staff, key volunteers, boards and elders. Particularly for those not on staff, but whom you would like to attend, you may wish to invite them and ask them to pay their own way or make a contribution. We’ve seen this done successfully with a number of churches.
3. Registration fees will remain the same as 2022: R850 per delegate however, should you register 5 or more delegates, the cost will be R800 per delegate. When determining conference fees, we always carefully consider the following:
- We will be receiving world class input, which will be worth the investment
- We want to generously honour our guest speakers; this includes hosting them excellently for the duration of their stay with us
- We have also considered inflation, as well as the increase in food, fuel, flight and accommodation costs
4. While we will not be providing any child care, please do note that a mothers room will be available with a live feed for moms who are breastfeeding, with infants 6 months or younger.
5. All registrations are being done via Quicket. Registrations will close on Friday, 21 April 2023.
6. Special Mention: When completing bookings on Quicket, please ensure that each delegates personal contact details are entered correctly, so that they will be able to receive further conference communications personally via text message. It is also essential to note that when entering delegate cell phone numbers, the first “0” needs to be replaced with the +27 code.
7. Conference will start on Monday, 8 May at 17h00 (delegates can starting checking in from 15H00) and will end on Wednesday, 10 May 2023 at approximately 13h00.
